Proud Creations ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Proud Creations Client Reporting Portal. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.
We collect information necessary to provide our client reporting services, including login credentials, and marketing performance data from connected platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Data collected is used solely to display marketing performance reports to authorised clients. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties outside of the platforms required to provide the service.
Our application connects to Meta's Marketing API to retrieve advertising performance data on behalf of clients. This data is displayed in a private, login-protected dashboard and is not shared publicly. We access only the data necessary to provide reporting services.
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide our services. Access tokens and credentials are stored securely and are not accessible to unauthorised parties.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at lohan@proudcreations.co.za. We will remove your data within 30 days of your request.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
